Sorry for what may be considered dumb question. How do I do a search of the posts or archives for specific words or topics like "Salzburg" without getting all the Rick Steves' "stuff" trying to sell me tours, bags, underwear, etc... ??

Go to google.com and click on advanced search. Enter the words you are searching for (Salzburg, helpline, etc.). At the bottom, put "www.ricksteves.com" in the "search within a site or domain". The results will be helpline posts regarding Salzburg. Make sure you include the word "helpline" in your list of words you are searching for, or you will get other blog posts from the site, not helpline postings.
