Searching for apartment in Paris

Looking for an apartment for a week in Paris in November. Any suggestions? Have stayed in RueClare twice and would like a change...Latin, Marais or Germain. Thanks.

Joanne, In April we stayed at a lovely studio apartment on Ile St. Louis. The rental company is Cobblestone Paris - they were wonderful to work with. If you go to www.cobblestoneparis.com you will be able to see all of their properties. The one on Ile St. Louis is Studio En Isle. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. We could not have been happier.

Parisbestlodge has some really cute apartments, I am staying in one this summer. They are VERY well reviewed, they respond immediately( well taking in account time difference) and do not ask for payment upfront, just a post dated to date of stay check for a deposit. I have been dealing with Thierry and he has been very helpful. Most of his apartments are in Latin Quarter or St Germain,, look it up..clean, well kept, and no added extra charges

Next week my family and I will be renting an apartment in the Marais for one week from parisnicehome.com. The owner, Pasqual, owns this and a few other apartments around Paris. When researching, I saw many positive comments about him and his apartments, and he has certainly seemed extremely pleasant to deal with via email. I'll let you know.

I found Victoria Paris homes on this site years ago. I still book with her. She has different properties around the city.

I use vrbo.com and homeaway.com to book apartments. I stayed at a wonderful apartment in the Latin Quarter. PM me if you want details.

We used HomeAway, and I have no complaints about them. But we disliked the letting company, CentreParis, that managed our apartment. They were late getting us the keysy and had to be prodded to clean it. They never did provide as many towels and other supplies as promised. Nothing wrong with the apartment itself and it wasn't a trip ruining experience just an annoyance I wouldn't want to repeat.

I have used myparisvisit.com. I am using them again this September. Cute apartments, good prices, in first, third, fifth, sixth arround, mainly.
Happy Travels!

Finally getting back to finding an apartment in Paris. Thank you all for the information. Will post when I find something to rent. Been a busy summer here on the lake in northern Minnesota.
