Scenic drive from Nice to St Remy

We are planning to drive from Nice to St Remy on Monday, July 5th. We are planning on seeing Le Grand Canyon du Verdon. I am wondering if Gourdon and Gorges du Loup are worth the detour? If yes, how much time would that take to add Goudon and Gorges du Loup to the trip?
