Have you tried the Hotel Parma? It is a nice 2 star, well located with an underground public car park very close by.

Thanks for the reply, but that hotel is also booked.
Perhaps we need to try other dates. So far, some option has been available in each area we've visited. This is the first shut out!

Have you checked with Pension Iturriza? http://pensioniturriza.com/ We really enjoyed our stay there. Quiet convenient location in the old city, the host Ibon is great, the queen size mattress was like sleeping on a cloud, I could go on... We paid 83 euro mid-week in May, July will be higher. Good luck!
