I will be doing a day trip to Salzburg from Munich this May and wanted to take in a Mozart concert. Problem is, the concert at St Peter's runs too late in the evening to catch the train back to Munich. Does anyone know of any other Mozart concerts available during the day? Or a website for Salzburg concerts so I can look it up myself? I do plan to return to Salzburg for a more extended stay in the future. I am just checking out a few things for my niece since I will be so close. Thanks for your assistance.

Go to this website: Plug in your dates in May (May 1 is 5.1. in German/Austrian and May 31 is 5.31.) and under "category" click on music. Under that is another "category" click on as many different kinds of music you're interested in and wait for the calendar to show up at the bottom of the screen (scroll down). There is a lot going on, some of it in the daytime. I checked it out by selecting the entire month but you can check a narrower range.
