Salzburg Accommodations - Brunnmeisterhof or Gassner Pension

Has anyone stayed at Brunnmeisterhof or Pension Gassner? I wasn't able to find recent reviews on either. I found bad reviews on Pension Gassner, but they are 7 years old. I also found a complaint of poor care for someone boarding their horse at the Brunnmeisterhof. Haus AmMoos is not available for the timeperiod we need. Any other suggestions for the 100 Euro price range or less (family of 4)? A place in a little village near Salzburg would be fine. We wish to do most of our sightseeing in Salzburg, so don't wish to drive too far each day (20 minutes or less would be fine). Thanks.

I reserved a double room with breakfast for 64 Euros per night at Institute St. Sebastian. Although it is located in Salzburg.

I stayed at Haus Ballwein (in Rick's book) last year and it was wonderful. Large rooms, great breakfast right on the bus line and so picturesque.

Thank you for all your suggestions thus far. Being a romantic at heart with less money than dreams, Haus Ballwein is more along the lines of what I had in mind. A place with rustic charm and typically austrian flavor would make my stay in Salzburg immeasurably more enjoyable. BUT beggars can't be choosers. So I am waiting for some replies, and if all else fails, I have Haus Elisabeth to fall back on. My husband is past his hostel days, and a place in the country will be perfect for my 10 year old to run around a little. I was just afraid to book a B&B without any good reviews.
