Sabranenque excavation site, France

I will be going to France (near Avignon) during the third week of October, to volunteer at the Sabranenque dig site. I would love to correspond with anyone else who is either planning to go, or has been to Sabranenque already. I'll only be in France Oct 17-24/25, but if you're headed to Sabranenque that week, I'd like to meet up with you - maybe in Avignon. I'm a 49 year old woman (50 by then), avid walker/hiker, traveling without my family for first time.

I am considering going to one of these trips to volunteer at Sabraneque and I would like to discuss it with people whgo have gone or are going. I don't speak French and this would be my first trip to France.
