Rural/Suburban B&Bs on East Side of Paris AND France B&B lists?

My wife & I & our 15 yr old grandson plan to drive rental car in from Nancy to edge of Paris on Th april 23. Seek a suburban or rural Budget B&B for 2 nights on east side of Paris. Would like a B&B within, say, a 30 minute drive of public transportation that we could take into center of Paris. We haven't located any such B&Bs; preferably budget(<80 Euros/nite for a room for 3 w breakfast). Surely they exist given attractions like Fountainbleau, Disney, etc., on east side. While specific recommendations for east of Paris would be great, we also really need to know the address for any websites for B&Bs, etc., thruout France. Tripadvisor has been helpful for some locations, but surely there are other sources too. All suggestions/recommendations (either specific locations in east Paris or lists for France) will be most appreciated.
