I will be traveling to Paris 4/7-11/12 and am trying to plan out my itinerary. I was wondering if the Rue Cler and Grenelle open air markets were open on Easter Sunday (4/8)? I'm also trying to purchase Eiffel tower tix in advance. What reservation time would you recommend for the best views? Thanks so much for your advice in advance.
