Just curious to see if anyone is planning to take this tour in December. I'm from Portland and will be traveling by myself. It's my 2nd trip to France, but first time in Paris!
If this should be posted elsewhere, please let me know.
Thank you!

Kimberly, I did this exact tour 3 years ago, by myself. Paris is enchanting at any time, but during the holidays, it is even more so. There is something special about standing near la Tour on New Years with your new friends, the fireworks and the "twinkles". You will remember it for the rest of your life.
Thanks, Connie! I'm really looking forwward to it!
I wish I was taking the RS Paris tour this December -- but I took it a few years ago (in October) and loved it! I've been to Paris a couple of times in January and loved it then, might be chilly, but still really beautiful.
I hope you get Patrick as a tour guide -- though I've heard all of them are great!
Have some hot roasted chestnuts and mulled wine from a street cart,, I have never have,, but its on my bucket list( I have only been in summer/fall)
I will be on that tour. Can't wait.
Great, Anne! I look forward to meeting you!
Kimberly and Anne, while you are in Paris, you may want to visit the Renoir exhibit at the Grand Palais, and the Titian exhibit at the Louvre (special exhibits require an additional entry fee). Both exhibits are open until early January. I was fortunate to have been in Paris last month and both exhibits are amazing! Also, if you like Monet, l'Orangerie is also a must see. This site may help you in your planning: www.RMN.fr - it will translate into English, and has links to all the museums in France. Enjoy!
