My husband and I will be staying in the Paradiso area of Lugano, Switzerland in mid-June and were hoping to find a boathouse or rowing club that would allow us to scull on Lake Lugano. I tried emailing one of the rowing clubs but never got a reply. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

No, but I'm having the same issue. I emailed a rowing club in Bern for some rows in July and never got a reply either. Any North American club is usually willing to allow guest rows, so I didn't expect this. I'll keep trying. If you do hear back with a positive reply, would you mind pm'ing me? We're headed through Lugano on our way to Turin for the World Masters Games and I will need a practice row badly by then if I can't find one in the 2 weeks we'll be in Bern.
