Brandy, it looks like a pretty well worked out itinerary. Here are my thoughts: Day 4 (Burg Eltz, Moselkern and Cologne) could be a bit stressfull, esepcially since there's so much to do and see in Cologne. Day 19: Add the Bad Homburg castle and the last emperor's wife's private rooms to the itinerary. It's close to Saalburg. Day 20: Frankfurt Zoo, as famous as it is, right now is a shame. The animals don't have lots of space, the last zoo director was corrupt so that for the next 15 years one single company holds the monopoly for food and drinks in the zoo. Horribly overpriced, lame service, shabby restaurants are some of the results of that. The Opel zoo at Königstein in the Taunus mountains is much nicer (although smaller). From some of the spots there you can overlook the entire skyline of Frankfurt. Coffee, tea or dinner after the Opel zoo visit could be at the Kempinski Falkenstein hotel. From the terrasse you enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire Frankfurt area.
