Rouen, Bayeux, Angers & Chartes: budget eats

I will be visiting Rouen, Bayeux, Angers & Chartes and I would like your advice for budget meals/ street food. Under 10 euro preferred, or at least under 15 euro for set menus. I like foods from all cultures as long as it's cheap, tasty and fresh. Thanks!
