Am inquiring as to what station the train to Rouen departs from in Paris and the time table from Paris-Rouen as a day trip. Thanks.

Trains for Rouen leave from Saint-Lazare station. Here is a link to the TGV-Europe site with the trains. I used a dummy date in June just to give you an idea of how frequently they run and what the cost is. http://en.voyages-sncf.com/en/train-ticket/result?hid=DWA

Sharon its a great daytrip, I did it a few years ago, my only regret is that I booked tickets later and earlier then I should have, arrived around 10 and left by 6, wish I had arranged to stay later, and arrive earlier.

I've done a day trip from Paris that included Giverney and Rouen a couple of times, and I had enough time in both places.
