Is the Reichsstadt Fesival in Rothenburg a large festival that draws big crowds. Will prices be significantly more because of the festival?

First place, when is the Reichsstadt Festival? I found the website for a fairly large hotel in Rothenburg and it looks like they are charging the normal rate for at least the next six month. You can find a listing of accommodations in Rothenburg, with normal prices, on their webste at www.rothenburg.de. They will probably have an email address. Write to them and ask for their rates for the time you want to be there. I don't think I would come into Rothenburg at any time without a reservation.
Update: OK, I found the date for the festival, Sept 3-5. For one hotel, Goldene Rose, their normal rate for a single room is €55. During the festival they raise it to €65, with a two day minimum. A double room goes from €75 to €86,50 with a 2 day minimum.
That's about a 15%-20% increase. Is that significant?
Another hotel, Akzent Hotel Schranne, charges the same normal rate of €90 for a Kat. 3 DZ with no minimum. However, their €72 Kat. 2 DZ, are not offered. Sold out, already? Or maybe all DZ are Kat. 3 at that time?
