I will be staying in Fuesson,Munich and Dresden on my way to Berlin.i would like to go to Rothenburg and stay overnight.Which city would be the best place to go from in terms of train travel time?

Of the three, Munich to Rothenburg would be the best. You can also check the times and connections on the Deutsche Bahn website.

Munich to Rothenberg-easy trip. Also consider the wonderful city of Wurzberg which is close to Rothenberg and on the route.

I think Munich would be the best place from which to go to Rothenburg, but then, I have never heard of Fuesson, so I can't say for sure. Get rail schedules from the German Rail (Bahn) website.
