Read about a couple of 'Room mate Hotels' and wanted to know if anyone has stayed in them? They sound like a good value, but I want to make sure its not like a hostel. Can't find a huge amount of info on them and they aren't listed in Ricks book. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I stayed at a Room mate hotel in Granada about a year ago. The interior design is very modern, the breakfast was good, our room and bathroom were large. Perhaps a bit of a younger crowd, but definitely not like a hostel. We enjoyed our stay there and I would stay at other Room mate hotels again.

We also stayed at a Roommate hotel in Granada and was very pleased. Large rooms for Europe, good breakfast, great location and good price.
I also read an article last year that talked about the Roommate hotel chain as being one of the better small chains in Europe. I will definitely look for their hotels in the future.
