Road trip

We land at 845 am at CDG. My day one plan is to pick up car and drive to Vimy. After touring the memorial I plan on driving to Dieppe for the night. Will this work? How much time at Vimy? I'm not going for the history but to pay my respects.

Probably an hour or two would suffice. We were looking for the names on the monument of a couple of great-uncles and it took a while to find them, so I think we spent 2 hours there. It is a very moving and beautiful monument to the Canadian dead.
