I once saw an episode of Rick Steves where he floated down river on an innertube. The location was somewhere in Grmany. Anyone have any idea of the exact location. It seemed like a very popular activity with the locals. Thank you for any info

I saw people doing that while I was in Basel, Switzerland. It is right across the border from the Black Forest.
