My friend and I are planning on visiting the Rhone Region in April 2012. Questions: 1. We will be departing from a cruise in Liverno, Italy and heading for the Rhone Region. Should we take a train and then rent a car OR rent a car there and then return it in Marseille. 2. Any suggestions on (must do) wineries? 3. Do I need to make contacts prior to the trip? 4. Any suggestions on any quaint accomadations?
