Anyone know if the July Rhine River lock workers are back to work and happy?

We rode a boat from Bingen to St. Goar a little over a week ago and noticed no dispute, but there are no locks between Bingen and St. Goar on the "romantic" area.

As far as I know, there's no locks on the Rhine at all north of Karlsruhe.
