Restaurants in Loire Valley?

Les Caves de Gosier Sec a restaurant in a cave 3 kilometers from the Villandry Chateau. This was a favorite of our son and his new wife. Without knowing they had gone there, my husband and I enjoyed a meal there a year later. A family hit.
