No particular restaurants, since I stayed in Saint-Malo, but I am so jealous! I don't even eat seafood and I loved the food there! It wasn't fancy, but it hit many of my sweet spots. Make sure you try the buckwheat crepes (galettes), the dessert crepes, preferably with salted caramel (which is a speciality of the area), and the hard cider. I think it's one of my favorite food areas that I've been to! Of course, the areas you go to may have different offerings, but keep your eye out for those.

We had a great meal in Dinan down on the quay at a place called Chez Bongrain. Our only problem was it was our last night in Dinan and couldn't go back. You can check it out on th e web at chez-bongrain.com. Enjoy.
