We'll be spending two nights in Albi and Carcassonne (Bastille Day there) and four nights in Collioure in July and we'd appreciate any recommendations for favorite restaurants and activities. We'll be traveling by train, so we won't have a car. I know about the major sights, but I'm hoping that some of you will have special recommendations and suggestions that would enhance our trip.
