Restaurant in Paris

My hubby and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary in Paris the first week of June. We would like to have recommendations on a nice restaurant; we are traveling for another week after, so will have packed lightly (so no fancy dresses or suits).
We do not mind paying a good price, we enjoy getting into where the locals go.

To celebrate such a milestone anniversary, I would recommend going to the Ritz for dinner - it is the restaurant that Princess Diana was in for dinner the night that she died. Expensive yes, memories priceless! Such a beautiful place, I believe they may even supply a jacket for your husband.

If not the Ritz, I can also recommend Le Coupe-Chou, a small restaurant in the Latin Quarter, very private and romantic - you can google for the address, menu and even make a reservation online.

The restaurant at the Hotel Ritz (above post, good taste Debbie!) is l'Espadon and in 2007 a dinner for two cost about $600.

Thank you so much for all your input!
I will speak to my hubby about the Ritz; my son was in Paris last summer and went to for a drink at Bar Hemingway in the Ritz and was truly impressed!
