We will Lauterbrunnen May 12 & 13th 2010. We understand that the Hotel Staubbach does not have a restaurant. We willdine one at the Hotel Oberland does anyone have other suggestions.

Shelley, just returned from a trip including Lauterbrunnen. Stayed there, at the Hotel Silberhorn, three nights. Ate two nights at the Hotel Oberland and one at the Silberhorn. The Oberland was terrific; the Silberhorn very good. We had rosti and raclette. Both dishes very tasty and reasonable. May want a small salad as well. I believe that the Silberhorn has a salad bar that is not mentioned on the menu. If you are a beer drinker, it is reasonable. If you prefer wine, it is more expensive. We found it far more economical to buy bottles at stores, like Coop, and have wine before dinner in the hotel room.
