We are arriving at CDG on a Sunday with three small children after a LONG flight and would like to avoid having to try to pack ourselves into a small taxi (from the airport to our hotel) and/or potentially wait a long time or compete with other travelers for a large one. Any suggestions on how to reserve van-transportation in advance would be VERY much appreciated. Thanks!

I agree, just grab a taxi. On our first trip, we booked a ride. It was more trouble than it was worth. We had to call when we arrived. Then, we waited. Yes, we had to wait for other passengers. The van dropped off other passengers first, so the ride was longer to get to the hotel.
With small children, best to get directly to your hotel and rest, avoiding all the above hassles.
