We booked a reservation at the Hotel de France a week ago and have not received a confirmation. They have charged our card for one nights stay so we know it went through. We have requested a confirmation twice. No response. We don't speak French so are not sure about phoning them. Is normal?

hi, make sure you email spam filter isnt blocking them. then if thats okay, i would either email again or call. btw, chances are they will speak english. just be polite. happy trails.
