Does anyone know anything about CityBaseManagements.com . We are about to reserve an appartment in Paris through them. Advice on reliability and service please. Thanks

Peter i have never heard of them,, I strongly suggest you do two things, google for reviews on them, and go to tripadvisor.com Paris forums and ask same question there. Apartment rentals can be great, but there are most definately some that do not work out, I would never rent without thoroughly checking out agency I have heard/read many nightmares.
