We'll be in Seville, Ronda, Granada, and Cordoba in December and want to rent apartments in each place. We'll need a big place (sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms). Any suggestions? Specific places or sites would be helpful. Thanks--Vicky
We used www.welcomesevilla.com and rented their smallest offering since we were just a family of 3. We were very happy with the location and price. In Granada and Ronda we stayed in RS recommendations. (Hostel Vienna and Hotel Enfrente de Arte respectively. Our trip was 4 years ago. For apts. In Barcelona and Madrid we used www.loquo.com Have a great trip!
We have used www.sevilla5.com in Seville several times, very successfully. We have also used www.granadainfo several times, again very successfully. One suggestion - I would try to book as soon as possible as places get booked up a long way in advance. Many think, wrongly, that this is off season but in fact southern Spain is very busy this time of the year as it is one of the warmest places in Europe.
VRBO may have something- and if you try booking.com, you'll find some apartment hotels in their ion. I've used them for a place in Verona, Italy and it was cheaper than anywhere I could have rented privately, plus the rooms were cleaned every day.
Good luck!
My 3 stops to check are: www.holidaylettings.co.uk/ www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/ and
www.homelidays.com/ I rented apartments in Venezia and Wien with homelidays and was very happy.
My two stops are VRBO, and Homelidays. Between the two we have always found great apt rentals in the EU. Another option is to visit the web site for each city, and peruse their recomendations. And, of course, check out reviews on Trip Advisor.
