Will be in Collioure, France for 3 days. Any recommendations for things to see/do, day-trips or restaurants? We like cozy locally loved low-middle price places to eat. Restaurants in Caracconee also~

Pretty Collioure is the sight--there's no blockbuster things to see and do, which is part of it's charm. There's the beach, the town, the old fort, a boat ride.
It makes a great break in a busy trip, though three days there seems like a lot. You could drive to some of the old Cathar ruins--Peyrepertuse and Querebus--or go elsewhere in the Pyrenee foothills. Carcassonne is possible as a day trip, and Perpignan is just a short train ride away.
