Hi all - my sister and I are planning a trip to Paris for a week in September (I'm continuing to London for a week after that so I'll have plenty of questions!). She has scoliosis and is worried about finding a good-quality mattress. She wants to avoid the cheapest places to stay because she's worried the beds will be poor quality for someone with a bad back. Our budget for a place to stay is $100 - $150 per night, hopefully with a private bathroom. If anyone with back problems can recommend a place, I really appreciate it!
Hotel Muguet has nice bedding and very comfortable mattresses. Make certain you are given one of the refurbished rooms AND that you and your sister are okay with teeny elevators. All rooms are en suite. Rue Cler neighborhood. Been going there for years.
Thanks so much, Claudia! I'll look at their website. We're fine with small elevators - we'll be traveling with a carryon suitcase and backpack each. If I have to take the stairs, I will.
