Recommendations for hotel in Reims

My boyfriend and I will be taking an overnight trip from Paris to Reims during the first week of September, and we are looking for recommendations for a place to stay. Any and all recommendations would be helpful; we are open to any price range and area. Thanks!

Rebecca, our family stayed at a hotel really close to the Cathedrale and it was called Hotel de la Cathedrale. It's main draw is it's proximity to the Reims Cathedral. The room was on the small size, but pretty typical of 2 star French hotels. There is no elevator. It is also right on a corner, so it is slightly noisy with traffic. We also did not have internet. The hostess was very nice and spoke English well enough that we could get ideas across. We requested breakfast and we were very happy with our breakfast. Another reason we chose this hotel was that we were driving and needed a parking garage. There is a garage right next door, very convenient. All in all we said we would stay there again. I've read that it is 10 minute walk from the train station. Also, we are all non-smokers and this hotel fit the bill for us. We booked through h o t e l (dot) c o m

Correction - we booked through b o o k i n g (dot) c o m. Also another note of interest - when we were there in June the cathedral was undergoing some exterior work. Scaffolding was covering part of the left hand side but it did not distract from the beauty of the Cathedral. We toured Paris, Verdun, Reims, the Alsace, and two chateaus, the Cheninceaux and Chambord.
