It is right on this website. On the Homepage, look on the right for Daily Healdines, then go back to April 30.

Ok I get most of the rules, but what, you can't eat a sandwich in St Marcos square, oh I get it , unless you pay 20 euros for it a side walk café there, lol I have never seen a person walking through Venice is a bathsuit, I have only been there twice mind you , but still, both times was middle of summer and very hot.
