Question about a piece of art in Hohenschwangau Castle.

If you are on your way to visit Hohenschwengau Castle in Schwangau, Bavaria (Germany), I need help identifying a work of art located in the castle. Please click on or insert http://www.flickr.com/photos/gs8055/6339285912/in/photostream to see which piece I am talking about. It's a Madonna and Child painting. I'm not sure if it's on canvas or glass. Any and all info would be appreciated. Plus, I recommend seeing both Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein Castles.

Regarding the coats of arms: the left one (blue and white checkers) is that of Bavaria and the one on the right (swan on red) is the one of Schwangau (which of course means literally "swan shire").

Hi Gregory. This is definitely an interesting and odd painting. I did an Internet search but was unable to find anything. Can you e-mail the staff at the castle and ask about the painting?

According to the German Wikipedia page for Hohenschwangau, the artists responsible for decorating the castle were Moritz von Schwind and Ludwig Lindenschmit the Elder.
