We will be in Delft over the Queen's Day weekend. What can we expect? We are staying at the Hotel Emauspoort and this is part of a three week, 30th anniversary trip.

I did some research, as I will be in Amsterdam.
In Delft, I would think there is some marking of the holiday but to what extent I do not know.
Delft tourism sight does not even list it as an event.
To blend in, you may try to wear a little orange that day in recognition of the Dutch holiday.
Personally, I am doing a side trip that day and leaving Amsterdam early in the morning.
There is enough "party" fare there for me the night before and night I return.
