Hello! I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for reasonably priced hotels in Frankfurt. I would not like to stay at any of the large chain hotels. Thanks so much!

I like the Maingau Hotel in Sachsenhausen. www.maingua.de It is smaller hotel with a great breakfast. It's a short walk to the Eiserner Steg and then over this bridge to the Roemer. This side of the Main near the bridge is were there is a nice little swap meet on the weekend. It's also a great location..walking to explore the Sachsenhausen wine bars and some great places to eat.
