Am renting a vacation apartment in the 7th (near Rue Cler) for a month and it includes a telephone. and free WI-FI or Ethernet connection. However, having run into a similar issue before where the phone was unexpectedly not working, I like to have a fallback plan where I can make a local phone call using a public telephone with a telecarte or call back to the states using an international calling card. Anyone familiar with public telephone locations in the 7th, and is the closest free WIFI spot over at the Champ de Mars - or is there an Internet Cafe close to Rue Cler?? Thanks for your help!
