Does anyone have comments on this UNESCO world heritage town outside of Paris?

Here's the UNESCO description of Provins: click hereMy recollection is that the Tour de Cesar is one of the notable architectural gems in Provins, maybe an 800 year-old keep. There's a famous painting of the Provins "skyline" by Turner. Also the St Loup de Naud church a few miles southwest of town.
