Problem booking train from Milan to Zurich

Hi all, I have been on both SBB and Trentalia sites - to book train in 3 weeks to Zurich (from Milan). The SBB site says I have two options to pick up the ticket - pick up in Switzerland (I live in USA), or have it mailed (a very expensive option). I don't know what I'm doing wrong - there are some very reasonable rates (no refund) of 30 euros so I'm anxious to book in advance - any ideas?? Thanks!

Unfortunately, those are the options on SBB. We have used those discount tickets but our trip started in Switzerland. You are not doing anything wrong, they just don't offer print at home tickets for that journey. Did you try Trenitalia?
