I bought my Alhambra tickets on-line. The instructions say I can print out the actual tickets at a ServiCaixa ATM of "la Caixa". My question is: can we get them at a an ATM at a Caixa bank in Barcelona or can I only get them in a bank in Granada? Thanks

Tom, You should be able to print them at any ServiCaixa ATM in Spain. One point to note is that they offer two different types of ATM machines - a normal sized version that only dispenses cash and a larger "super ATM" that offers more functions including printing tickets. This website shows a photo of the larger ATM's and provides instructions: http://ayuda.ticketmaster.es/help/faq/ticket-collection-at-servicaixa-terminals-from-la-caixa/ To retrieve tickets, you'll need to have the credit card that you used to book the tickets. I used the la Caixa ATM's to collect tickets (including for the Alhambra) on a couple of occasions when I was in Spain in June, and they worked well. Note that they're very strict with entry times at most places in Spain, so be sure you're not late! Happy travels!
