Greetings, I'm looking for an apartment in this neighborhood that will sleep 4(2 couples). An apartment is our preference because of the cost but if anyone suggest a hotel that would fit our needs that would be great as well. Thanks in advance for your assistance. I have already searched through old post and I have a Rick Steves guidebook and have already looked at his suggestions. Thanks,

Hi, We stayed in Prenzlauer Berg in an apt., and I mainly want to warn you against someone who seems to have a sort of scam set up: he charges a damage deposit, and then claims that you caused damage that in fact was already there (stains on sheets, place left a mess when in fact it was a much worse mess when you arrived, etc.). If you want to know the name, e-mail me; I don't want to post it right here. I found his apt. using Craig's List (and will no longer use that list).
