Landing at CDG on Air France from Chicago. Is there an easy spot to by a pre-paid sim card for use in an ipad? I will probably go with AT&T, but am afraid I will end up getting hit with some kind of roaming fee or overage. Does a pre-paid card limit my risk of unexpected charges as long as I stay in France? Is there a better data plan than going pre-paid?
