Prague to Vienna car service

We are traveling from Prague to Vienna but want to pass by Cesky Krumlov. Best way to do this-- is it by hiring a car with driver? how many hours should we spend as a stopover in Cesky to see the sights ? can we leave prague at 7am , arrive Cesky at 10 am and be on our way to Vienna by 2PM?

If that's the only time you're wanting to visit the city, you really would do best to bypass Cesky Krumlov. The cost of a private driver on that itinerary would be grossly expensive.
The easiest way from Prague to Vienna is by train.
