Port-Royal Hotel or the Hôtel Jeanne d'Arc le

We stayed at Hôtel Jeanne d'Arc one year ago and have reservations to stay there again in June. It's a good budget option--the rooms are small however, and I don't think that they have air conditioning. In spite of that, we like the price and the location. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. There was a transit strike in Paris the day we left and they made sure we were aware a day in advance and made suggestions for alternate transportation to the airport.
