How much time do you need to visit:
1. Vermeer Center
2. Oude Kerk
3. Nieuwe Kerk
4. Royal Dutch Delftware Manufactory
Your thoughts on the Stedelijk museum Het Prinsenhof & Lambert van Meerten. Are they worth visiting?
Thanks:)

Neither church takes particularly long to visit, as the interiors are rather sparse. Probably about 30 minutes for each. Can't help you on any of the other destinations... I wanted to visit Het Prinsenhof, but it was closed the day I was there.
We spent about a day there this past September. A day will pretty well cover it but we didn't do the factory. We have a great tour from the TI. As someone said the old and new churches are pretty simple and quick. We did stay overnight and enjoyed the evening hours and dinner.
We spent 2-3 hours visiting the Royal Dutch Delftware factory on two different occasions. Interesting place. Can't comment on the others.
We spent one day/one night in Delft. Saw the churches, wandered, had some great meals. Beautiful town. I didn't have an interest in seeing the Delftware factories but found it a fun town to to explore. After Delft we spent a night in Leiden - another town we enjoyed (I remember a great Saturday market along the river in Leiden). Both towns had good comic book stores.
The Vermeer Center is a tiny place and won't take more than an hour to get through. It has no original Vermeers, instead it has high-quality reproductions of all his works hung in chronological order with a small card on where the original can be found...turns out quite a few are now permanently on exhibit in Vegas! It also give's a excellent history of the artist's life, and influences. Even though it has no originals it's well worth a visit.
You can easily "do" Delft in half a day, and spend the second half in the Hague. Rick's Amsterdam Guidebook has an entire chapter on the Delft/Hauge combo day trip.
Both the old & new kerks & the Vermeer ctr can be seen in a few hours. Do visit the Vermeer ctr even tho it doesn't have originals as it's very interesting. If you combine that visit with Den Hague, you'll be able to see original Vermeers at the Maritshuis (sp?). I was in Delft on a Monday when most museums & shops are closed, but luckily both kerks & the Vermeer ctr were open. However, the Maritshuis in Den hague was closed. I didn't visit the Royal dutch delftware factory as I was told it wasn't close to the city center & I had only 1 day in Delft & wanted to see the town itself. There's a beautiful modern stained glass window in the Nieuwe kerk (above the entrance to the bookshop).
I haven't been to the other 3 - I thought the stedelijk museum was closed for renovation.
