Advice, please, on budget friendly, convenient places for 4 students to stay in Paris (2 nights).

Hotel des Grandes Ecoles in the Latin Quarter near the Sorbonne was fantastic for location. About a 15 min walk from Notre Dame and a 5 min walk to the Pantheon and Sorbonne. One block from lively market St. and "restaurant row". Can accomodate only two per room and rate was about 135 euros in March. Books up pretty far in advance, tho.
