Looking for a B&B or Hotel for 3 nights in Lucerne...suggestions? Thank you, Kelli
Kelli, we stayed at one of Rick Steves recommended Hotels, Des 'Alpes, on the waterfront facing the bridge. As you know, most accommodations in Switzerland are pricy, but if you can swing it, get a room here with a balcony! This Hotel is convenient, especially if you are arriving by Train. We liked it so well we plan to stay there again in July. There are more economical hotels in the area. You are going to LOVE Luzern. Regardless of where you stay I would reserve as soon as possible to get the best choice.
Kelli , Take a look at the Ibis Styles Luzern , an Accor Hotel property . Had been just completely renovated when we were there last fall . Clean ,quiet, and a block from the Lion , ten minute walk to the Bahnhof and center of the old town . Nice breakfast included .
