We are looking for accomodations for Chartres and/or Lourdes for 2 people. Any suggestions? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Believe it or not, there is a Best Western in Chartres that is a historic building with very nice rooms and a great breakfast.

There is a hotel right in the center of all the sights in Chartres that caters to business travellers called Jehan de Beauce. It is very well priced--basic but clean and comfortable and has on street parking if you will have a car. Would stay there again.

Huge rooms and ample parking, two things you don't often find in France without paying through the nose.
