I am traveling with three adults to Barcelona at the beginning of June; we will be staying in Barcelona for 3 nights and would like a central, yet safe, and decently priced accommodation. Are there suggestions... Bed and Breakfast? Apartment? or Hotel? and if hotel, which and where is the best location. Our price range is probably not going to be more than $100-$150 dollars a night. Thanks for all your help everyone!!! :)

With that price range for four people (in one room??) you're probably not going to be able to stay too centrally. Also, the beginning of June is not very far away - you will have problems finding openings at any of the RS recommended places. I'd suggest getting on Venere.com, where you can search for a number of people in one room, and start searching ASAP. Use TripAdvisor to check ratings before booking.

Try Hotel Continental. In RS guidebook. May be in your range. For 2 of us it was 90e with the RS discount.

How about the Hotel Portal l'Angel? We were very satisfied and it was a great location.
